Thierry Henry reveals why he’ll miss Tottenham’s White Hart Lane – proves he will always be an Arsenal legend

Thierry Henry is an Arsenal legend through and through.

There are no two ways about it. The Frenchman provided the va va voom during an incredibly successful period in north London.

Oh, and he’s also the club’s all-time leading goal scorer, having found the back of the net a staggering 175 times for the Gunners.

There is little he has to say or do to better Arsenal fans’ opinion of him, but that doesn’t mean the Frenchman doesn’t give it a go.
Henry, who now works as a Sky Sports pundit, was invited to the studio to provide analysis on Arsenal’s Premier League clash with Tottenham.

The game is significant as it is the last time the north London derby will be staged at White Hart Lane, as Spurs will be playing at Wembley next season before moving to their new ground for the beginning of the 2018-19 season.

Ahead of the game Henry was asked whether he will miss the ground, which sounds like a pretty odd questions considering it is home to Arsenal’s bitter rivals.
But Henry was quick to provide an answer, and perhaps rather surprising revealed he WILL miss the ground – but for a pretty brilliant reason.

Take it away, Henry: “Of course [I will miss the ground], I won the league here once.”
