Officials of the Lagos state Ministry of Environment have started clearing all blocked drainages in Lekki in order to prevent a repeat of last week’s Lekki flood nightmare. Residents of the Lekki Axis in Lagos State were trapped in their homes, streets overflooded after a heavy downpour.
