Beverly Naya Exposes Uber Driver Who Sent Her an Inappropriate Note, Calls out Rude Fans

Beverly Naya expects Uber drivers to act appropriately at all times it would seem, and when one intruded her privacy by sending her a text she considered bizarre, after dropping her off, she didn’t hesitate to share the note on social media.

From the note shared on Naya’s SnapChat, the Uber driver tells her that she is a “well-mannered someone with a golden character”, and then goes on to say that she’s on her way to becoming a “virtuous woman”.

Oh, and he also asked her not to report him or even reply his note.

Clearly, the note didn’t sit well with the actress.

“When your Uber driver thinks it’s appropriate to send his passenger a romantic text. Lovely words though, I’m flattered. Still inappropriate,” she captioned the post.

But certain of her fans think she’s being rude to the driver. “He was just being nice. He didn’t ask her out sef,” said one Instagrammer who seemed offended. Another chimed in, “What’s inappropriate in this text? He’s not even trying to ask her out!”

Apparently, the driver should not have sent the actress such a note in the first place as he may have obtained her phone number from the company’s profile just to send her a personal message. Plus, his note shows that he is aware that it is unethical, because he begged her not to report him.

If the company had sent her a “thank you” note for employing their services, we guess Naya would not have reacted negatively.

“I’m shocked by some of your responses,” said the actress to her fans who had unkind things to say, adding that some fans even went as far as asking to give the driver “a chance “.
