Birdman is currently being dragged by his fans on social media and this time, it’s not for his beef with former protege, Lil Wayne.
Yesterday, news broke that Birdman’s artiste BTY YoungN was shot and killed at a gas station in New Orleans at around 11PM. BTY YoungN, real name Desmone Jones, was reportedly shot several times and pronounced dead at the scene. He was only 27.
Well, shortly after his death was announced, Birdman took to his Instagram page to delete all his photos.
Unfortunately, this didn’t sit quite well with fans.

Although the Cash Money boss later shared an #RIP post of YoungN and another of himself, fans still took to Twitter to share their suspicions. Some even made reference to the death of his female artiste, Magnolia Shorty who was also gunned down in 2010.

Recall that there was major outrage amongst Lil Wayne fans after it was alleged that Birdman and Lil Wayne’s long time rival, Young Thug, were the masterminds behind the shooting of Wanye’s tour bus in April 2015. And then there is the death of his female rapper who was also gunned down by suspected gang members.
And now this.
BTY YoungN got signed to Birdman’s Rich Gang outfit last year and enjoyed a NOLA Music Awards win for “Breakout Artist of the Year” before his demise.
