Snoop Dogg Working On Gospel Album

Snoop Dogg is taking it to chuuch. Still sizzling off the release of his new album Neva Left, Tha Doggfather has announced that his 16th album will have a gospel theme.

The veteran sat down for an interview on The Pharmacy on Beats 1 Radio, where he revealed the non-secular plans for the LP he is working on. “I’m working on a gospel album,” he said. “It’s always been on my heart, man. I just never got around to it because I always be doing gangsta business or doing this or doing that. I just felt like it’s been on my heart too long. I need to do it, do it now.”

He also mentioned he’s been talking to Faith Evans about the idea “heavily” and that she would most likely be involved in the project, in addition to R&B singers Charlie Wilson and Jeffery Osborne. “It’s going to feel good,” he said.

Are you here for a Snoop gospel album though?
