Fatima Gumsu Sani Abacha, the daughter of the former military head of state has taken to her Instagram to brag about her marriage.

Fatima Gumsu, who is marking her 18th wedding anniversary with her Cameroonian husband, while celebrating their milestone is also looking back at how far she has come, especially the unkind things people had said when she married the Cameroonian businessman Mohamadou Bayero Fadil.

“18 years of marriage no be chinchin o … tolerance.. love… respect.. patience… prayers. To those all those tatafo ppl i still de inside kampe!! Una say i no fit stay for marriage… some say i be ajebutter that i can’t handle it,” said the mum of five.

She continued, “I heard all sorts of stories some even said e no go pass one week. There’s nothing i didn’t hear.. Nothing ppl didn’t say. Well a lot of una never even see husband up till now…… clap for una selves o!! OLOSHIS.”

The daughter of the former military head of state had often called out ‘husband snatchers’; women she had accused of yearning for her man. Once, she put one of the alleged ‘husband snatchers’ on the blast, shaming the mystery woman.

Now, Fatima Gumsu wants all her haters to know that her marriage to Fadil has only just begun. “I am here and I will be here forever by God’s grace. In shaa Allah,” she said.
