Manchester United goalkeeper, David De Gea has moved out his luxurious mansion, worth N1.7billion (£3.85million) amid speculation that he wants leave the Old Trafford.
The 26-year-old has been a subject of transfer interest from Real Madrid, who failed on their initial attempt to sign him during the January transfer window of 2015 owing to a ‘fax machine error’.
There are reports that the La Liga giants have met with De Gea who is believed to be open to the idea of moving to the Spanish capital.
However, Manchester United are reluctant to allow their number one keeper leave this summer, despite reports that Real submitted a bid of around £60million for the goalie.
David De Gea has now fuelled the exit rumours after moving out of his plush property in Manchester.
The mansion which boasts an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and even its own glass trophy cabinet, went up for sale during April and has been sold for fee believed to be around £4million.
The property also has its own personal gym with en-suite bathrooms, a top of the range cinema room with surround sound, a separate converted cottage, triple garage and 1.5 acres of manicured gardens.

I got inspired to write about Ringo Ringo early this year when a neighbor who leaves in my street and fond of hitting his wife at regular intervals.
This got me thinking heavily what would make a man raise his hands on someone you probably spent months trying to woo, then fall in love with her, marry her, father her kids and turn this same pretty thing into your punching bag.

A witness in the bribery case against some officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC on Thursday told a court how the accused shared N264.8 million allegedly paid by a former Petroleum Ministry, Diezani Alison-Madueke to rig the 2015 election.
Usman Zakari, an operative of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC told A Federal High Court in Lagos how the INEC officials, Christian Nwosu, Yisa Adedoyin and TiJani Bashir shared the bribe money.
Adedoyin had pleaded guilty to the charges and was convicted following a plea bargain. The EFCC claimed that N23 billion was paid in all to INEC officials and some influential Nigerians.
According to the Vanguard, Zakari told the court that sometime in 2016, the commission received intelligence report that Allison-Madueke, gave gratification to the tune of $115 million during the 2015 elections.
He said following the intelligence, the commission started investigations and soon got hold of the receipts for the bribe money.
He said the investigations revealed that first accused (Nwosu) who was the Administrator of INEC in Kwara State at the time, signed for N264.8 million. He said the receipt also had the signature of Adedoyin.
Zakari said after obtaining the receipt of the payment, the EFCC invited the accused for questioning.
“After our interview with the accused at the commission he revealed that he benefited N30 million, while Adedoyin benefitted N70million and they both promised to return the money. Nwosu later made a payment of N4 million, and when he reported later to the commission, he paid the balance of N1 million and submitted title document of landed properties acquired.”

Arsenal striker Alexis Sanchez says he has decided where he will be playing next season.
But the Chile forward did not confirm whether he will be lining up in club football alongside his international team-mate Claudio Bravo at Manchester City or remaining with the Gunners.
Sanchez has also been linked with Bayern Munich.
Sanchez, whose contract at Arsenal expires next summer, is currently on international duty at the Confederations Cup, where his manager Juan Antonio Pizzi has spoken about him being a player “every club would want to sign”.
When asked if he would be joining Bravo in Manchester, Sanchez told Sky Sports News HQ: “Good question. Right now I’m focused on the Confederations Cup. When this is finished I will see if I stay or if I go. I don’t know.”
Sanchez was then asked if it was clear in his mind where he would be playing next season, and he said, while laughing: “Yes it’s clear but I can’t tell you.”
Then, in response to a question about the chances of him remaining at Arsenal next season, Sanchez said: “I don’t know.”
Arsenal are yet to receive a formal offer for Sanchez, despite reported interest from City and German giants Bayern Munich.
The 28-year-old scored 30 goals in 51 appearances for the Gunners last season but could not help Arsene Wenger’s side secure a top-four Premier League finish and qualification for the Champions League.

Rapper Jay Z let his music do the talking with his new album “4:44” on Friday as he addressed cheating on his wife Beyonce, the birth of his twins and this year’s Oscars best picture.
In the title track, Jay Z admitted in his lyrics that he “often womanize”, more than a year after R&B star Beyonce first shed light on his infidelities in her album “Lemonade”.
Jay Z pens a remorseful ode to his fractured marriage in “4:44”, rapping that it “took for my child to be born, see through a woman’s eyes” in reference to the couple’s daughter Blue Ivy.
He also mentioned their twins, who were reported to have been born this month but whose arrival has yet to be officially confirmed, saying it “took for these natural twins to believe in miracles, took me too long for this song, I don’t deserve you”.
Jay Z added: “What good is a menage a trois when you have a soul mate? You risked that for Blue? … my heart breaks for the day I had to explain my mistakes.”
Fans were left stunned last year when Beyonce made accusations in “Lemonade” that Jay Z had cheated on her, a rare crack in the seemingly perfect facade of one of music’s highest-profile couples.
In her song “Sorry”, Beyonce referred to a mystery woman, calling her “Becky with the good hair”, which is echoed in Jay Z’s track “Family Feud”, a duet with Beyonce in which he raps “Let me alone Becky”.
“4:44” was released exclusively on premium music streaming platform Tidal, founded by Jay Z, in partnership with U.S. wireless carrier Sprint Corp, which purchased a 33 percent stake in Tidal this year and made the album available via a six-month Tidal subscription to Sprint mobile customers.
It can also be heard throughout Friday across 160 U.S. radio stations on iHeartRadio, the digital music service for a network of traditional radio stations.
The 35-minute album features Blue Ivy on the track “Legacy”, in which the five-year-old asks “Daddy, what’s a will?” as the rapper expresses hope that his children use their wealth to promote “black excellence”.

According to the social media user identified as Ann, the Uber Driver whom she boarded his cab yesterday night attempted to force his way with her.
She wrote;
“Please be careful with the kind of uber guy that picks you up , I had a very terrible experience with this particular uber driver yesterday….
…so I ordered a cab as usual this guy arrived in 20mins I got into the cab and immediately he started telling how much he loves me how much he wants to have s3x with me etc to cut the long story short he refused to take me to my destination when I threatened to call the cops he almost killed me saying he can’t let me go. Earlier yesterday news of a N4 billion judgment slammed against Sahara Reporters publisher Omoyele Sowore by Ilorin High Court over a series of news published 2years ago against Senate President Bukola Saraki went viral.
Sahara Reporters’ publisher, Omoyele Sowore has reacted to the judgement, describing it as a ‘jankara verdict’ with a promise to bring the former governor of Kwara State and All Progressives Congress politician, Saraki to book very soon.

‘Folks: I was alerted to a jankara judgment from an Ilorin High Court judge today, and your guess is as good as mine. Robbers have stolen the gavel of lady justice, and that must also be recovered!

A murder suspect live streamed his shootout with police on Facebook in Los Angeles before being brought down by bullets.
The man has not been identified and is still in a serious condition in hospital. One police officer was shot in the crossfire and is in a stable condition.
He was one of four men wanted by LAPD officers in connection with a murder on March 31. The police were in the middle of serving the warrants in Hawthorne on Wednesday when he fled in his car.
Officers gave chase and followed him in a police cruiser until he abruptly stopped and ran out of the vehicle, tearing through apartment complexes while firing back at them.
This is when he began filming himself on his cell-phone. The footage was shared by ABC 7 on Thursday.
‘I know I’m dying today. Mommah, I love you. My kids, I love you,’ he said as gunshots rang out.
Later in the video, he said: ‘They’re about to kill me. They got me.’ The man was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
He is expected to be charged in connection with the March 31 killing.
The shootout sparked chaos in the neighborhood, which is largely residential, and stalled traffic for several hours.

While speaking at the 5th Triennial Delegates Conference of the Petroleum And Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria in Abuja, Adams Oshiomhole has reiterated that IBB owed the nation an apology .
Oshiomhole was speaking at the 5th Triennial Delegates Conference of the Petroleum And Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) in Abuja, where he was represented by the General Secretary of the National Union of Textile, Garment and Tailoring Workers, Comrade Issa Aremu.
He claimed that it was under IBB’s regime that “the economy was restructured” and the naira devalued.
“The discussion now is about restructuring and I think those of us in the Labour circle must be careful about some words.
“I heard Babangida talking about restructuring. Although he could have been converted, this is a man under whose tenure the cabinet was dissolved and for almost a month, he was alone, ruling the country.
“I thought that he should have apologised to the whole country, but there is nothing like that from him. But it is now fashionable for him to talk about restructuring. It was under him that the economy was restructured. He devalued the currency and downsized workers. It is important that we prioritise these terms.”
In the former governor’s view, “what we need to do is organise and not agonise. Let us quit our problems and not quit ourselves.”
“We are giving quit notice to ourselves and as Nigerians we cannot afford that,” he said, adding: “We are just victims of xenophobic attacks. How can we be looking for global sympathy when misguided South African youths are attacking other African countries that fought for their liberation only to come back home and be giving quit notices to ourselves.
“I think we should quit poverty, lack of electricity, import dependency, exporting crude oil and importing refined products, unemployment, but we should not quit ourselves. It is time for us to make a case for the amendment of the constitution in such a way that residency should replace citizenship, not indigeneship.
“There are many workers who have worked outside their homes for several years more than their home states. They should have a right to remain there, contest election. I think that is the way to go.
“Nigerian leaders should think ahead. Africa is the way it is now because Nigerians are no longer on duty. We must regain Nigeria for posterity. What we need is development and not disintegration.
“There are lots of upstream and downstream activities that can be generated to revive the industry. It has also become fashionable for major operators in the oil and gas to shift the burden on the working people through cut in jobs, downsizing, among others. I think it is time to revisit some of these issues.”

Orezi aka Mr Raggamofin with his history of lined up hits again drops visual for new song “Cooking Pot”. He comes out addressing social vices like R@pe, Alcholism and Domestic Violence then makes a stand for Consensual$ex.
The Adasa Cookey directed video was shot in a Lagos location with Orezi paying homage to Afrobeat Legend Fela and also kicking off protest for consensual $ex as he makes a stand by using his song to pass his message effectively.
The Afrobeat song produced by TymG and Mixed by Ex-O shows a very conscious and serious side of Orezi as he looks to tackle some menace facing the society and using his art of music as a tool.

It’s quite unfortunate to bring you this sad news, this early Friday Morning… But Utibe, the young boy who got Davido’s attention after singing “IF” has lost his mom.
Utibe went viral after several media houses posted videos of him singing Davido’s IF, and then a user, Shamrock80 who was moved by this, reached out to the young lad, bought him some foodstuffs, and tried to set him up in a school.
Shamrock met with Utibe and Utibe’s Mum, and he revealed that she suffers from paralysis… Davido got himself involved, and promised to sponsor Utibe for Life..
Then, Davido revealed he’s building a house for the young lad… But it’s so unfortunate his mum won’t see him succeed. She died this morning.
Shamrock who is spearheading everything about the welfare of Utibe and His Mum, broke the news, he wrote;
Rest in peace UTIBES MUM.. U struggled to live, u where always telling me u want to start business I told u to recover first, now I got a call u are gone so soon, if life was to be sold I will buy some more years for u…I tried to battle with ur health,but my best wasn’t good enough, Who will look after utibe and the two younger sisters.. Who will live in the huz we are building for u… I just wish u slept in that huz even for a second.. My heart is heavy. But GOD knows best. Rip ma’am.
