Lord Trigg Regains Freedom, Begs Fans to Leave Toyin Lawani Out of His Business

Lord Trigg is free at last.

Recall that the father of designer Toyin Lawani’s son was reportedly arrested in Lekki, Lagos, after the management of the hotel he is lodged in alerted the police, claiming that the aspiring rapper had refused to pay his bills. As though that was not enough, the Jakande police officers allegedly accused the rapper and his friends of being ‘Yahoo Yahoo’ boys.

Now, the 24-year-old rapper is back on his Instagram and has attempted to dismiss the stories, while also pleading with folks to leave Toyin Lawani out of his business.

“I know how much y’all waiting on me to talk about this but I ain’t gone say a word,” he began, adding, “Y’all stop involving my son’s mother in every damn thing. That’s so disrespectful. If you want to lie or lie about me, please talk about me and leave that poor soul outta it or my son.”

He continued, saying he is a better man and has grown to take care of himself, even though he agrees he is still young. “I know how to handle things now. I am so proud to be who I have becomes and  nothing can change that.

Lord Trigg and Toyin Lawani reportedly began dating when he was 18.

The duo love life was previously much publicised until it hit the rocks. Now, they maintain a civil relationship and raise their son Lord Maine together.
